I am fed up with the two-hour drive from my home to where I berth my yacht, and since I’ve recently become freelance I want to move somewhere with good weather and easy access to a marina. Spain is my first choice, as I need to be near an airport with good access to the UK because I’ll need to come back for work from time to time. However, I’m confused by the choice on offer and I’d like to get an idea of what kind of property is available around the country.
