 Erin is looking for a new-build property that won’t damage the environment. Can we help her find her green dream?Dear Property Clinic I’m considering buying a house or apartment in Spain, but before I purchase anything I want to make sure that it’s as eco-friendly as possible. I really like the Spanish government’s attitude to the environment, and it’s that forward-thinking outlook that attracted me to Spain in the first place. I’m interested in green building methods, solar energy and how the property reduces its own carbon footprint.
