 Vanessa wants to live near a marina where she can keep her yacht. Can we find her a safe harbour?Dear Property Clinic I am fed up with the two-hour drive from my home to where I berth my yacht, and since I’ve recently become freelance I want to move somewhere with good weather and easy access to a marina. Spain is my first choice, as I need to be near an airport with good access to the UK because I’ll need to come back for work from time to time.
